It's that time of year again...

I'd be lying if I didn't admit to being a little bit Christmas obsessed. I just can't help it, this time of year just makes me so happy! Last year I received such a positive response to my 2015 Gift Guide, so I decided to bring another one into the mix for 2016.

This post is for you if you are struggling to buy for a lady in your life. Whether you're still looking for that perfect gift for a friend, a sister, a girlfriend, or even your mom, there's something in this post for her!

1) Sneakers

I don't know about you guys, but I have been living in sneakers for the past year or so. They have definitely become more popular to wear in your everyday life. They are no longer something you only wear when you're active, but an item that can be worn with even the most trendy threads. As you can possibly tell from previous posts, my personal favourite are the Adidas Stan Smith's.

2) Pajama Sets

Nothing beats a cute & comfy set of brand new PJ's! This is generally something ladies don't buy for themselves, so this is definitely something we appreciate receiving. I personally lean towards PJ's of the satin variety, but this is something that will be different for everyone! I have seen SO many cute styles out there this season, so there is sure to be a set that will be perfect for the lady in your life.

3) Throw Blanket

It's December, it's winter, it's cold... need I say more? One of my favourite things to do is cuddle up in a warm blanket and turn on Netflix or fire up my laptop and just relax. I actually think it's safe to say this is a favourite for MANY of us. Urban Outfitters is a great place to check for cute and cozy blankets; I had trouble picking only 3 out for this post! Another place with amazing throw blanket selection is Anthropologie. I was recently there and found myself getting distracted with all of the beautiful blanket designs.

4) iPhone Accessories

When I started to look up different iPhone accessories for this post I couldn't believe how many options there were. Is she a gal who loves her selfies? She needs a LuMee case; it has an amazing light on it that brightens up your eyes for the most perfect photo. Does she like photography? Get her a set of clip on lenses! They transform your iPhone lens into a fish eye, wide angle, or macro lens. Is she rough with her phone? Get her a cute new case! The options are endless.

5) Thick Hair Ties

These may seem simple but ohhhh boy do they ever make a difference. These hair ties do not pull your hair, and also don't leave creases after taking your hair out of a ponytail. Oh, AND, they look cute on your wrist. They are the perfect stocking stuffer!

6) Liquid Lipstick

The makeup item of the year -- The Liquid Lipstick. Every brand under the sun now makes their own version of a liquid lipstick, so you won't have a hard time finding them. My personal favourite formulas are Kylie Cosmetics, MAC, and Kat Von D. I like Kylie Cosmetics because they are extremely long wearing; I even have trouble removing it at night sometimes. MAC makes the list because the formula is somehow matte but very hydrating -- a combination that is often hard to come by. Kat Von D is a favourite of mine because the formula is comfortable on the lips, and her colour range is amazing. Some people may disagree with one of all of those choices, but that's the thing about makeup preference, it's always subjective! What I do know is that you are guaranteed to have a happy gal if she's receiving a new liquid lipstick this Christmas.

7) Luxury Card Holder

Expensive, but handy. These are a great gift for the ladies in your life that appreciate luxury brands; it's a great way to get her something from her favourite designer but also not break the bank. I have recently invested in the Louis Vuitton Key Pouch and am absolutely loving it. I take it with me everywhere I go! They are so easy to carry and will fit in any purse or clutch.

8) Slippers

They'll keep her warm and looking cute, what more could she want?! I've seen many different styles out there this season, so there is sure to be a pair that she will love. Boots? Yep. Slide on? You got it. Slipper Socks? Those too!

9) Candles

Candles are an easy but thoughtful gift for anyone to give. There are so many options available no matter what your price range or scent preference may be. They are not only a great way to freshen up a room, but also a cute decorative piece!

10) Fragrance

This is another item that all women love, but don't usually buy for themselves. The three above are currently on my wish list, as I regularly go into Sephora for a spray. Or three. You can always ask what perfumes she has her eye on, but don't be afraid to go out on a limb either. I think it's nice receiving a perfume that someone got for me because they thought it suited me!
